나사렛 빌리지는 2000년에 문을 연 약 15에이커 규모의 야외 생활사 박물관으로, 실제 1세기 포도즙틀이 발견된 땅 위에 조성되었다. 이곳은 성지 자체가 아니라, 예수 시대 갈릴리 마을의 삶을 눈으로 보고 만지게 해 주는 교육 명소다. 시대 복장을 갖춘 재현자들이 밭을 갈고 목공과 직조를 시연하며, 방문객은 복원된 집과 회당, 망대, 계단식 밭(테라스), 그리고 유대인의 정결 예식용 물웅덩이인 미크베까지 둘러볼 수 있다. 정직하게 말하면 건물들은 당대 방식을 따른 현대의 복원물이지 예수와 직접 연결된 유물은 아니다. 그럼에도 이곳의 가치는 분명하다. Nazareth Village — Nazareth
Nazareth Village is an open-air living-history museum of about 15 acres, opened in 2000 on land where an actual first-century winepress was found. It is not a holy site itself but an educational attraction that lets you see and touch the life of a Galilean village in Jesus' day. Costumed re-enactors farm, do carpentry, and weave, while visitors tour reconstructed houses, a synagogue, a watchtower, terraced fields, and a mikveh, the Jewish ritual immersion pool. Honestly, the buildings are modern reconstructions in period style, not relics tied to Jesus. Yet its value is clear: it helps you picture the concrete settings behind Jesus' parables of the sower, the vineyard, and the lamp on its stand. For Protestant pilgrims it is an excellent place to read the world of the biblical text with all the senses.
